Nathan Samuel Gamez, 16, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026, in Logan, Utah. A lifelong resident of Logan, Nathan was born on September 11, 2009, and was currently a sophomore at Logan High School.

Nathan possessed a rare heart; he loved unconditionally and was always the first to seek out anyone in need of a friend. He was deeply caring, naturally intuitive, and fiercely protective of those he loved. Whether he was working on cars, roofing, playing basketball and soccer, wrestling, or boxing his heart out, Nathan gave it his all and worked hard, even when he didn’t want to. He found joy in listening to his oldies and playing soccer with his siblings.

At Logan High, Nathan will be remembered for his infectious energy and a smile that truly lit up every room. His quick wit and welcoming nature made him a happy addition to any social circle.

He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Denise Silos and Hugo Bedolla; his sisters, Aleaha and Jenecie; his brothers, Jeremiah and Liam; and a vast community of extended family and friends. While the sorrow of his passing is overwhelming, his family finds peace in the knowledge that Nathan is resting in the Savior’s love.

A memorial service will be held for close family and friends on Friday, May 1.
