North Logan

Helen K Batt returned home to her Heavenly Father and eternal companion Larry Batt Sept 29th 2026 at the age of 93. She was born November 29, 1932, in the Logan Hospital to Ulrich Keller and Alice Loretta Anderson Keller.

Helen was the oldest of seven children and was raised with a deep love for family, faith, and hard work.

Helen attended school in Mud Lake and later attended South Cache High School. She enjoyed her school years and especially remembered her close friendships, teachers, playing volleyball, participating in band, and other activities.

One of the most important moments of Helen's life was meeting her future husband, Lawrence Andrew “Larry” Batt, who lived next door to her family. Their friendship grew into love, and they were married on October 3, 1949, in the Salt Lake Temple. Together they built a life centered around their family and their faith.

Helen and Larry were blessed with two sons, Cordell Larry (Lynell) Batt and Steven Richard Batt and three daughters Pamela (Lee) Harris, Marie (Gary) Blazzard and Karen (Paul) Eddington. Helen treasured being a mother and devoted much of her life to raising her family and creating a loving home. She was a hardworking homemaker who took pride in caring for her family and learned many valuable lessons through the challenges and joys of motherhood.

Her faith in Heavenly Father was an important part of her life.

Helen's family was always one of her greatest joys. She treasured time spent with her parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and extended family. She remembered family gatherings, Sunday visits, holidays, and simple moments together as some of the most meaningful experiences of her life.

She will be remembered for her strong faith, love of family, hardworking spirit, kindness, and devotion to those she loved. Her life was filled with experiences, challenges, joys, and countless memories that she passed on to the generations who followed her.

Helen leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through her children, grandchildren, family, and friends. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Ulrich Keller and Alice Loretta Anderson Keller; her beloved husband, Lawrence Andrew Batt; and her siblings and loved ones Dee B. Israelsen, Orlin D.
